- Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To qualify for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and with any tags still attached.
- Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order by emailing at shumonavintageworld@gmail.com or through the website's messaging system.
- Please provide your order number and reason for the return.
- Once we confirm your return, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or an error was made on our part.
- We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure that the return reaches us safely.
- Once we receive the returned item and confirm its condition, we will process a refund to the original payment method in 48 hours.
- Please note that it may take up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different item, please follow the return process and place a new order.
