Returns, Exchange and Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery (T&C apply).

  • We currently don’t offer exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please complete the return and place a new order.'

  • After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 48 hours to the original payment method.

  • Cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placing the order.

Shipping & Tarrifs

Orders are usually processed within 2–5 business days from the time of purchase, we will let you know in case there are delays.

Shipping costs will be displayed before you complete your order.

For our USA buyers, we make sure you won’t have to pay any tariffs. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us via email.

Payments

All payments must be made in full at checkout. We currently do not offer COD and are only accepting PayPal, but credit card payments will be available soon. If you have any questions or need an alternative payment option, please feel free to reach out to us.

Custom Orders

At the moment, we aren’t able to take custom orders. However, please feel free to share your requirements—if it’s something we can help with, we’ll be more than happy to do so.

Quality Control & Checks

We make every effort to ensure that all items you receive match their descriptions. Each product goes through thorough quality checks—both when we source it and before we ship it—and we always mention any visible stains, rips, or imperfections to the best of our knowledge. In the rare event that something slips through and you receive a damaged item, please reach out to us right away. We’ll do everything we can to make it right.

Discounts & Sales

We offer various discounts from time to time, along with special sales during festivals. If you’re looking for a specific discount, just let us know—we’d be happy to guide you.

Delivery in India

If you want delivery in India, proceed to checkout as normal. You can make the payment in INR via your credit/debit card.

INR payments through PayPal are not activated.
